At Safe-T-Tech Security Systems We Take Great Care With Your Personal Information.
We value your privacy. ALL employees sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA's). We will never sell, rent or otherwise share your email address or any other contact information. We will not use any information concerning your premises, system, employee or family in promotional materials of any type, without your express consent.
Customer Referrals.
Like all businesses, our best type of recommendation is by word of mouth from satisfied customers. We handle referrals a bit differently than other companies. We do not maintain a portfolio of installations that we have done to show to prospective customers. Instead, when a sales prospect asks for referrals from our existing customers, we contact our customers and ask their permission for a prospective customer to contact them. That puts our customers in control. Some customers do not want any information about them or their systems divulged. We are a security company, so we completely understand!
Email And News Letters.
We use email for the following reasons; customer invoicing, customer information change requests, requests for service, information requests. We also send out a news letters about once a quarter. The news letters contain important security updates and sometimes new equipment that we feel would be of interest to a majority of our customers. You may always opt-out of receiving the news letter by using the un-subscribe button located at the bottom of every news letter mailing.
